This is the third time we've been to Hort Park. Quite a lot of the displays have disappeared. It was more varied during the first visit more than 6 months back, but we lost the nearly 200 pics we took so we decided to go back.
Our sandwiches from 7-eleven - tuna and egg.
The pond at the entrance reminds me of the one at the villa in Bali where I enjoyed myself, sitting on the floor and feeding the fishes.
I have seen couples at the Botanic Gardens as well as Hort Park taking wedding shots. Can't blame them since Singapore is seriously lacking when it comes to scenic spots.
They even have an air-conditioned 'showflat'. I like going into showflats because everything seems a hundred times nicer with the air-conditioning. That's to trick you into forgetting how claustrophobic and humid the place will normally be.
The Herb Garden
The kind of spittoon we used when I was little. Fond memories :)
Container Gardening.
Fungi in a dome.
Is that the expensive Chinese herb, Lingzhi?
One of the themes was the Wizard of Oz.
