Kenzoki Belle De Jour

A very light and comfortingly sweet powdery scent, with a hint of soapiness, probably due to the added parfum which I wish they'd done away with. A relatively rich cream that spreads easily and is not greasy. It absorbs pretty well, leaving your skin with a subtle sheen.

It contains a high concentration of white lotus root water, which is specially cultivated in Zhejiang province. The premise is in the magic of the lotus, which manages to maintain its purity even though it grows in murky silt waters.

Again, as with most Kenzoki products, the main benefit for me is its aromatherapeutic properties. It calms and relaxes me, and the priceyness somehow makes one feel pampered. And that is probably how it works its magic; in de-stressing you and lifting your spirits, it gives you clearer and more radiant skin.
